PAYMENT METHOD

The payment will be made online by credit/debit card. The name of the transaction will appear on your Account Statement as made to: [citycompassevents.ro]. 

DELIVERY METHOD

E-ticket: After the payment has been registered, the confirmation is sent by e-mail in maximum 24 hours, in electronic format (pdf). The ticket can be presented at the entrance on the mobile phone or printed.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Refunds and cancellation are not possible under any circumstances. Before proceeding to payment, the user has to accept that he understood the terms and conditions and also the clause regarding refunds.

PAYMENT METHOD

The payment will be made by bank transfer in the following IBAN bank accounts:

All payments shall be made in advance based on the issued invoice(s) in one or two tranches according to the written agreement (invoice and/or contract).

A foreign transaction fee of 3% will be charged for foreign transactions when they involve currency conversion.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Storno:
Within date of signing to 10 days of arrival: 25% of event cost
Less than 10 days prior to event date: 50% of event cost
Less than 5 days prior to event date: 75% of event cost
Less than 2 days prior to event date: 100% of event cost.
